Jen Naye Herrmann
Jen is the co-founder of The Marketing Greenhouse and a former ‘40 under 40’ corporate brand marketer turned entrepreneur. With over a decade of experience in brand strategy and marketing, Jen took a bold leap into entrepreneurship six years ago, launching her first business alongside becoming a mom—a journey she describes as both her craziest and most rewarding decision.
Now the proud founder of two thriving businesses and mom to two kids, Jen has mastered the art of building success with kids (literally) hanging off of her. Known as the “numbers gal” of the team, Jen thrives on bringing order to chaos, using her love for spreadsheets and data to organize projects and drive results.
Jen’s passion lies in empowering women—especially moms—to pursue meaningful careers that align with their lives. She’s a big believer that when your work life jives with your home life, success and happiness go hand in hand. Jen proves that having it all is possible—it’s about focus, intention, and maybe a little extra coffee.
When she’s not working, Jen enjoys walking along the beaches of Chicago’s North Shore, where she proudly calls home (and cheekily claims as her “beach town” instead of the suburbs).

As the co-founder of The Marketing Greenhouse, Jessie brings her unique blend of creativity, strategy, and storytelling to the heart of every project. With over a decade of experience in marketing and a background in hospitality, Jessie thrives on crafting compelling narratives that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.
An extroverted, city-loving creative, Jessie has lived in DC, NYC, Chicago, and Toronto, where she currently resides with her family. Known for her ability to think outside the box, Jessie draws inspiration from her diverse experiences—from her early days in the hospitality industry to her time as a trained chef and content creator.
Jessie’s approach is rooted in warmth, relatability, and results. Whether she's collaborating with clients to grow their influence or building marketing strategies that feel authentic and engaging, Jessie’s goal is to elevate every brand she touches.

Washington, D.C… though I claim New York more often than not.
Jen, what’s your go-to drink?
Lavender Latte. I’ve become more of a coffee lover than cocktail lover since my son Archie arrived.

An extra cold gin martini with a twist.
Jen, what’s your evening routine?
We love to take a family walk after work and head to the park. Then it’s home, dinner, bath and bed. It’s a toss up who stays up later… Emmie or me!
